Sasha joins the team after working in the avian and exotic pet industry for three years. She has wanted to be a vet since she was very young and has always had a keen interest in zoos and exotic animals.
Sasha studied Veterinary Science at the University of Queensland and graduated with honours. During her studies she completed an Externship at Taronga Zoo in Sydney and went to South Africa to complete a certificate in Wildlife Immobilization and Conservation.
At home she has plenty of pets to keep her busy. Yurtle and Spike are her two turtles who always think they're hungry. Her mischievous cats, Mia and Jasper, are always up to no good. Finally, Lawrence and Sunny, are lovebirds who are very much in love!
